My weight cage has 2 x 2 steel tubes with 1 inch holes. These attatchments fit perfectly and allows me to connect pulleys to the uprights. This extends the functionality of the lat machine by allowing me to convert to many different excersizes. These attachments are super solid and made of stainless steel. Very nice.

Very simple to attach to my rack with 1-inch holes. I used the included adapters and the attachments fit just fine. Build quality is good. Materials are solid and the included clips are decent quality. These little clips are very useful for attaching bands, hanging a portable speaker, etc. to a power rack. Overall, a nice set of accessories for my power rack.

These are very nice to have, especially for the therapy bands. I am using these for various exercises for a shoulder injury and they are nice. Simple to use, very solid and priced just right.

The bolts fit securely on my home gym power rack (CAP) and go on without any issue. They feel solid and very sturdy, and all of the fittings are secured onto the rack with no misgivings by me. The rings are great!!The carabiners that come with the rings are... Fine? They're also solid metal and feel solid, but the ones I had feel a little sharp on the inside of the gate. I felt wary of putting in some naked resistance bands, worrying that they'd cut or snag! If anything, I'd change the carabiners or look for another contraption to secure the rings if you're going to use resistance bands. Maybe another carabiner to hook in?I do like the rings. They add versatility to my power rack! And remember, if you're going to pull on your rack using these ring attachments to have a counterweight on the rack itself--you don't want it toppling over!

Was looking for some simple to install squat cage hook/eye/carabeener attachments and these fit the bill. Literally screw type attachments with a closed eye that allows for the carabeener to attach formstandard squat cage holes. Will be using these for chest exercises amongst other things. The box they came in was falling apart as it barely fit the two attachments in it, thankfully package came with nothing else in it. Overall great purchase. Definitely opens up an array of other exercises with the existing equipment I have. Will probably be getting a few more to add to my cage.

(Every aspect of this contributes to secure attachment, both to your cage and to your bands or other devices. The flanged spacer adapts it to all conventional cages—though I do wish it included two soft washers to protect the cage surface. Overall one of the best of this sort.
