I’ve had this machine for about 2 weeks now. For the money it’s good value but understand it’s not what you will find at a professionalGym.The stack on which the weights sit for the pull bare square. And the movement is not as fluid when you use the pulleys. So the weight is less than what I would use in a gym due to the resistance. They are plastic as well, and I can’t help but imagine metal would have been a better design. I use WD40 frequently to keep lubrication between the plastic and the metal. Also the smith bar portion isn’t set to 1 support bar. Meaning, you could lock in the left side but not have locked in the right. Just have to be very intentional but the movement provides as expected and is much smoother due to the metal support bars instead of plasticAgain this is a good product; not great. But for the price I’m happy.

A dream comes true but you should have an engineer degree to put it together.

Best rack I've purchased. Has almost everything I could need and at a bargain compared to others. Assembly went good and pullys are smooth. Definitely worth the money for a home gym🏋️‍♂️

It's cheap for a reason. Surprisingly the assembly went okay (as long as you pay really close attention), but once it was all set I was ready for my first workout only to realize the weight tracks attached to the pulleys are so tightly wrapped around the pole that they don't slide unless you really work at it. And no, there's no weight on it yet. The plastic liners are just a few millimeters too wide, so the pulley portion is completely useless. I've contacted customer service but considering it's an Outlook email address, something tells me I won't be hearing back, nor will I be getting any kind of refund unless I disassemble the entire thing and repackage it.Speaking of which, the product I received had clearly been returned once before. Everything was taped together haphazardly and poorly packaged. That should've been my first red flag.

This rack is great for the price. I am able to do enough exercises with this and dumbbells where I was able to end my gym membership.Pros:Smith bar allows me to safely workout without a spotter. The pullup bar has a lot of different options. The cable mechanisms work surprisingly well. The attachable racks for squatting or lifting a traditional barbell are easy to attach and remove. The whole tower is very sturdy.Cons:The instructions aren't the best and if you mess up, you may have to undo a lot of parts. There's no extra hardware, so be careful not to lose a bolt or nut.The cables and posts require a thin layer of silicone grease to slide properly (wasn't in the instuctions). The boxes are surprisingly heavy. This should be common sense, but the combined 3 boxes are about 300 lbs.Tips:There are a ton of parts. Make sure not to lose them. It will also take a lot more time than you'd expect to assemble.Don't be in a rush or you'll have to go back some steps.Assemble it in the room you plan to use it in. It is big and won't fit through doors.Putting the Smith bar in from the side requires a lot.of clearance. Pivot the rack towards a doorway if the room is small until you get past this part. You will need.clearance.on the back to rack plates. You should store plates here to add stability. The pullup bar has texture that caused handpain even though I have a lot of calluses. You may need workout gloves. In order to do seated rows and such, you'll need a lot of space in front of the cage. The included single hand straps suck. Buy better ones.

If you can put together legos, you can put this beast together.Kit comes with required allen wrenches and two wrenches to secure bolts. No extra purchase for tools required, although a ratcheting wrench would expedite.Hardware (nuts, washers, bolts) all labeled.Frame parts are not except for when distinguishing left (L) from right (R).Preferably assembled with another able bodied person.Get ready for a shoulder workout, you’ll be fastening pulleys and bolts with your arms raised.Use silicon grease to lubricate all pulley wheels and cables. No squeeking at all.Note that the included dual hook long bar has retaining loops spaced out farther than the width of the pulleys, of which is 45” apart. Using the dual hook long bar will have the pulleys abduct and there will be some unwanted swaying in its attempt to get into a neutral position.I purchased an off-brand long bar to remedy the above. Also note, dependent on height, utilizing the smith for deadlifts or even pulley cables for deadlifts will have the weight reset to neutral prior to getting into neutral/rest position before engaging next rep. Either a raised platform would help with this or a regular barbell (45lb, not included) would need to be purchased.Overall, great system. Assembly took with 2 able bodied Lego-aficionados 5 hours to build the frame with an additional 1-2 hours to install the cables and pulleys (solo).
