I ordered one and the screwgate kept getting stuck so I ordered a replacent and it never worked once

This is a sturdy, well-made 'biner. The screwgate operates smoothly and without any fuss at all, allowing quick one-handed operation. The matte grey finish is understated and very attractive. A welcome addition to my climbing/rappelling gear.
