I have lipedema and I need to wear compression most days. My favorite pair is pricey ($110 from Solidea), so I wanted to get another pair I can alternate between. I’m so glad I came across this brand. It’s great quality for the price. Out the box they look Capri length, but they stretch to full leggings with full high waist abdominal coverage which is perfect for me. They were easy to get into. It wasn’t struggle city like some compression wear. I’m 5’6, 210 pounds & the XL fits great. I’m going to purchase the shorts from this brand too. I have no cons, only pros

These work great to keep my legs from hurting. I just wish they came in a short version. Being short waisted they go all the way to my chest

I was so careful to put these on to prevent rips after reading other reviews but they’re seriously strong and durable and stretchy, I haven’t had any issues with snags or tears. I think it’s all about sizing. I’m normally a medium in shirts and loose pants but because of my legs (why I need compression!) I ordered the capri xl and they come to my ankle and fit nice and snug. I get good compression throughout the day with a nice criss cross pattern on my legs when I take them off that shows me it’s doing what it needs to do. They are not tight in the waist because I have a smaller waist than my hips and thighs. I’m about 5’4” and currently weigh 160 but my legs are much heavier than my upper body. Hope this information is helpful!

This garment is relatively easy to get on and off. It feels good on my legs. I am 5'2" and they come down closer to my ankle. The only thing that I don't like is that it is too tight on the abdomen. I need compression on my legs but don't tolerate it well on my abdomen. Make it less tight or no compression on the abdomen and I'll change my rating to 5 stars. And yes I ordered the correct size according to the size chart.

First, these leggings are incredibly comfortable. I am going through vein treatments and I need compression leggings. These are by far the best ones I have found. The big drawback is that they are already pilling in between my thighs after 24 hours for the price, I would hope that they would last longer. Also, they’ve already started snagging on almost everything. I really want these to be five star, with for the price, I would love for them not to be breaking down after 24 hours.

According to my measurements a 3X should fit. I ordered a 4X for xtra comfort but one size larger was too tight. So ordered the 7X and that was impossible too!!!! Crazy tight! 4 times the size I should have and had to give up on this product. Great material but sizing is way off.

As a regular users of Bioflect compression wear we have found them as a very effective in managing our conditions. They are easy to put on and wear for long hours of the day, especially compared to some alternatives. However I did notice that this pair were a smaller fit than I normally would wear, so you may need to order a larger size.

I’m 5’4” with Lipedema and bought the Capri length because the regular leggings are way too long for me. The Capri length hits at the ankle or can even go over the heel if I want part of the foot covered. It offers the full coverage I need. Bioflect is the one of the most comfortable compression brands I’ve tried. They look like toddler pants out of the package but they do fit!If I need extra support from calf swelling I wear the Bioflect shorts and put them over medical grade knee high compression because the shorts are Capri length on me. That way my thighs and abdomen are supported as well.According to the size chart I was supposed to be a 4xl but I found the 3xl fits better and offers better compression.

I bought this garment on the advice of my physical therapist. She showed me a sample and told me what size to buy after I gave her my height and weight. When I got it, it was very small and I thought they sent me the wrong size. However, I tried it on and it fit perfectly.I thought it would be hard to put it on and take it off but it is very easy.And, I thought the compression would give me a stomach ache but it didn't.So, I am so happy with it and I am going to buy another one.Also, an added bonus is that it gives me muscle support so when I move, my body feels toned.I felt so good I went out and did yard work.
