The strap isn’t wide enough when stretched out. The velcro rubs against your leg on the sides. Very painful. The “2 strap design” is not well done. The straps cannot overlap, otherwise the band will come flying off.

Having developed pain in the thigh over the past few months with even walking up steps difficult, I thought " give it a go nothing to lose "Immediate relief ! !Pain all but gone from just one use !Well done supregear !I hope the velcro grip remains firm.In ant event I will be odering a spare.

I loved that within 15 minutes of putting this on, my sciatic pain was eliminated. Wore it for a day and my leg started breaking out from a rash. The nylon/synthetic backing on the inside, caused this reaction. I will probably put a sock around it so I can still use it. Bummer though about my allergy.

I wasn't sure how much just a strap would help my IT band pain, but it actually helped a great deal! I am a generally skinny person and so the velcro overlaps quite a bit and was annoying on my skin, so I cut and taped the edges with gaffer's tape, which helps, but it should probably fit most other people.

it smells really bad like chemicals the smell lingers on your skin when you touch it or wear it i tried hand washing it but that only helped a little i aired it out for like a month and it still smells but it doesn't leave the smell on your skin anymore

I am 5' 10" and 146 pounds and my knee measures 14 inches around. When I pull this strap snug around the top of the knee, there is no room left on the Velcro to attach the second stretchy strap, defeating the best feature of this wrap. I guess I'll just cut the stretchy portion off and use it as a stretchless strap. Otherwise, it's nicely made and would fit someone larger. Measure your knee before ordering. Can't imagine it would fit many women runners.

Great product. I've tried a number of knee braces and haven't had luck supporting the pain in my IT bands. Hugs my knee comfortably, not overly tight, but gives great support. I'm a half marathon running and really like this product. Also washes well in machine and air dries quickly.

Has helped my IT pain immensely.Been in pain the last 2 years. Tried numerous therapies, braces, wraps and medications. Finally, something works and it's inconspicuous.😀😀😀😀😀

the device is pretty straight forward, a belt. Problem is, the velcro portion that the tines are to adhere to, is narrower than the head of the grabbing portion. The head is a slight arrow shape, and while the pointed end meets the velcro nicely, the wider part of the head is wider than the velcro, leaving a full row of tines on each side that do not hit the velcro, but press into your skin. get yourself some felt and place it under the belt or you will end up with red welts on your leg where the tines are pressing that miss the velcro.
