Want to protect your hammies, this is the one. tried many others and this is the best one for compression and staying in place. As with anything made with elastic, it is going to wear out and lose it's compression. When you find out your having to reach down and pull it up about you knee it is stretched out.. I take the old one mark it on the tag.. Put on a new one and then place the old one over the new one, until it finally gives out.

These will not stay in place during sport activities! Size descriptions are different on Amazon vs Manufacturer. I usually don’t write reviews, but these are a waste of money for athletic activities. Amazon indicates they are nonreturnable, despite no indication prior to purchase. Purchase at your own risk!

Just what the Dr ordered. Works great for exercise, but does slide down a little. But comfortable and cooler than the others. I recommend it.

Has survived multiple washes with no signs of wear. Doesn't slide down, at least not very often. Can go almost all day without having to readjust, as long as I'm not doing a bunch of squats or similar. Great product.

The size fits as it should, but I wish the top area had a curvature to it that would allow it to fit in the Groin area more snugly. Because of the straight edge, it cannot fit right too high on the thigh.

After two other unsuccessful purchases with other sellers of quad/hamstring compression bands, I was ecstatic to find that I love this one! It fits perfectly - snug but not constricting and doesn't move from my thigh despite biking and swimming daily as well as a daily wash and dry by hand.
