How do I apply for hip vs. groin injuries?
For groin injuries, begin by placing contoured end of wrap at upper front of thigh, wrapping towards outside of leg. For hip strains, start by placing contoured end of wrap below glute, wrapping towards groin. Watch our video for more detailed application instructions!
Can it be worn over clothes?
Yes, the low-profile material can be worn under or over clothing.

After buying numerous braces and wraps for a hip, groin, and hip flexor pain, I came across this Hamstring Compressor wrap mainly for Sciatica Pain was not my problem. Reviews were very good, I decide dto buy it. OMG! What a difference... I highly recommend this Brace Ability Hip and Groin Wrap - one size fits all was long enough for me. Worked better than I hoped. I can wrap for my groin relief or hip pain and wear comfortable all day.Very happy with wrap...KN

Was purchased for my friend who has a ligament tear. The support seemed good once he figured out the wrapping pattern, but it would un attach at the velcro and unwind. He wore it under his clothing (pants) and so suddenly he would stop walking, and the brace would fall down and out the bottom of the pant leg. Not sure how to fix that problem although we tossed around some ideas. In the end had to return. It is possible his waist and thigh were just to large for the wrap to be velcroed securely, but he's a 36 waistband and an average leg size, so I just don't know what the problem was. Easy returns, would probably work for someone.

Purchased when My hip and groin were bothering me. Very hard to get this adjusted properly by yourself. Did not offer any real support and Only used it for a few days before I gave up.

This wrap gets close enough to your hip joint and groin area. Helps hip joint stay in place and keeps joint warm which helps with pain. Very adjustable so you can re adjust as needed only issue is how long it will last we shall shall see for now it works
