After having difficulty with a number of other bike racks and having to return them, I switched to this model. I read the reviews and many people said that it's difficult to install and the directions are terrible. Well, they're 100% correct in the fact that the directions are terrible. However, if you go into it, knowing the directions are terrible and you take your time to review the directions and figure out what steps are actually missing before you leap into installing it, it's quite easy to install. I spent about 20 minutes reviewing the instructions and laying all the pieces out and understanding where everything would eventually go. So when it came time to actually install it even with the crummy instructions I got the whole thing on in about 15 minutes. It's really nice. It's super sturdy. It looks good and it was affordable so I really couldn't ask for anything else. It gets a thumbs up.

The rack itself is nice, however without all of the necessary hardware, mounting it is quite a challenge. Thankfully I am the McGuyver type and was able to disassemble the rack and hard mount it to the bike using my own hardware. However the adjustable bars are no longer a part of the rack, making it a much cheaper version.

Easy to assemble. It has a very nice tire guard that helps keeps dirt from flicking up onto the rider. It's also very lightweight, and snug, doesnt shake at all.

I bought an Oraimo Scrambler that didn't come with a cargo rack. This one was perfect for my bike and easy to install or adjust as needed.

I put this on my bike and mounted a milk crate to it. Registered my car to drive for Uber eats but use this bicycle setup instead. People get really angry about how long I take. One time someone even kicked my bike over. They must’ve been starving as it took me over two hours to deliver half a mile away. It stayed mounted and I was able to continue providing the slowest possible delivery time to my next hungry unsuspecting victim. Next time you order Uber eats there’s a chance it’ll be me taking your order and if so, i ate some of your food.

I purchased this rack specifically for the cargo net addition. On my second use, the next ripped and I lost the use of 2 of the hooks. Amazon only offered to replace the entire thing and the replacement wouldn't be here in time before I needed to send the original back, but I only wanted to swap the nets. I reached out to Reliancer to see if I could get just the net replaced and they replied by the end of the day. Within 15 minutes of responding back with my address and such, they replied again that my replacement was shipped. I received a 2-pack of replacement nets 2 days before they told me it would arrive. Super thankful for the great service, because this rack and net are exactly what I was after!

Bought this product instead of another because i needed it for the next day and received overnight shipping. Spent 3 hours trying to install this correctly, 1 of the screw strip threads was a manufacture defect and I could not get the tiny screws they provide to attach correctly because of it. I had to use my own personal screw, slightly longer to be able to grasp onto the screw thread in the far end of the hole.I do not have fat tires and no matter how I would try to adjust it, the side support bars would hug my tire. The adjusting to where it didn’t touch the tire took 1.5 hours.For the price I paid, there are better load options that can handle twice the amount, with actual reviews of people whom have used it, easier to install.Do not recommend, I initially started a return due to not being able to install it, I do not like giving up and eventually wiggled it into a sturdy spot and cancelled the return. The frustration is not worth it.
