I love how it’s a large so that you can bend do squats. It came with a jump rope, which gives another cardio workout.

Everything about this vibration plate is fantastic. It is well built, it is a great size and a great vibration options. It definitely gives you a workout. If you will give it 20 minutes use your armbands part of the time do some squats. The only thing that could be better is a longer plug-in cord. It is a three prong and I would rather be in the middle of the room and so close to the wall other than that, it’s fantastic and I’m glad I chose it.

Omg, I have read alot of reviews on different products for the body vibration machine. I purchased this during the holidays and I must say that this is the best. The design, size and pressure are amazing. I have been using this daily and have lost 4 pounds. If your busy and limited to exercise this is perfect solution. Worth ever penny.

My chiropractor uses a vibration plate at her office so I figured I would get one for the house. This plate is heavy duty and worth every penny. The extra attachments make it easy to work out. The only down side is the remote control. It's very cheap and most of the buttons don't work right out of the box.

Yessss. Call me lazy but call this amazing. First few sessions I itched like crazy. It was so awful I almost sent this back, but I Googled it and it was right the itch will stop after like 3 sessions. Anyway after the itch now day 6 I found a basic exercise video for the vibrating plate and I feel awesome. I'm in my 50's and 30 lbs over weight and not flexible at all. After 6 days I can bring my foot over the top of my knee and tie my shoes with ease. After only 6 days. Say what you may it is a very big deal for me. It helped my stress level which was remarkable. For me this is a game changer. I hate going to the gym thus the over weight. I found my self being overwhelmed by life and people thus the stress and tension that I was experiencing that was getting to be very depressing. I bought this to get rid of the weight and tone my body, but the added benefit of relieving stress put this product over the top for me. I highly recommend this game changer for an all over wellness experience and get the warranty. The machine is very sturdy. Depending how you stand on it, it may get a little loud but nothing to bad especially in the daytime. I live in an apartment so I dont get on it late at night. Other than that I'm still on level 1 and that works for me right now. I just started using the attachments today and I love them. Remote was great when doing the video. I will update my review in a month or so.

After one time using this vibration plate - on the lowest level, I could feel it working. Having spent the last couple of years recovering from surgeries and seizures that kept me bed bound, I am LOVING this! For research purposes, I have only been using it one time a day, for 15 minutes, on Level 1. The very first time I used it, I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t want to “over” do it, so I stood on the “jogging” stance. It’s been about 2 weeks (started 15 Oct) and I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist, a little more than an inch off of around my belly button, and have even noticed my legs becoming more toned. I have more energy, and feel so much better about myself overall.If you are looking for something to help you get started on exercising, or you just want to strengthen your core, or you’re looking to add to your exercise regime, I HIGHLY recommend this vibration plate! It’s a great starting place if you’re just needing to get off the couch but for whatever reason, can’t commit to hitting the gym, (I get it - I’ve had 6 surgeries in the last 8 years, so my core was nonexistent, and I WANTED to make healthier choices and I WANTED to work on my core but I just didn’t have the energy!This vibration plate changed that! It comes with a remote, Bluetooth connection, two ropes, and there are plenty of different settings to choose from! And while it gives results, it’s not hard on your body. I’ve started doing a couple squats while using it, but again, I’m easing my way into this.It’s a sturdy plate, well made, and functionality is top notch. This is my 1st experience with a Vibration Plate exercise equipment so I had no idea what to expect! I am a senior exerciser so I was not looking to use the equipment at its highest capacity!! After 3 times using this equipment I can honestly say I am very impressed. I am sleeping better and my energy level has increased. Setting up the equipment is easy and it is fun to use- the Remote control makes changing intensity fast- it connected smoothly to my Bluetooth so I had great music-the equipment was easily moved where I wanted it and I look forward to using it ! All big reasons to purchase exercise equipment! I am VERY happy I made this purchase!! I started out on Level 1 and after 3 times using I am now on Level 3. I do not use the Jogging mode foot placement but maybe eventually will😀
