I'm big and out of shape. My chiropractor has commercial versions which we all use each appt. So I shopped and bought this. No handle bars, but not needed for me, the bungie handle straps help with balance when needed. I always feel great after use.

I do muscle testing so I did a bit of research and then had someone else test me to see which one my body liked best and it was this one. I got it as a Christmas / birthday present and am excited to use it for health and wellness.

I did a lot of research before buying this. Read a number of clinical studies and reviews on how vibration platforms can help to reduce knee pain. I really, really, really wanted to love this machine, but unfortunately, for me (I have multiple ligament tears in my knee) it just didn't work that way. My knee actually felt worse after a couple of uses even on the lowest settings. The rest of my body enjoyed the stimulation - it really did feel like it got my circulation going! - but that wasn't reason enough to keep it so I'm returning it. This is just my personal experience. I love the science behind this machine, it's quiet and very well made, and I would recommend it if you didn't have the same kind of knee injuries as me.

After losing a third of my calf muscle to necrosis from compartment syndrome (caused by rhabdomyolysis), I needed a fitness machine that would help with muscle recovery, improve blood circulation, and increase my overall ability to workout my entire body. By purchasing the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D, I was able to satisfied those needs successfully. The vibrating platform allows me to target a specific area of my body, as well as target my entire body if that’s my goal. If I am too weak to stand, I can sit on the platform and still benefit from the workout. Various resistance bands come with the device, increasing your ability to improve the strength of the targeted muscles.I love that I have a choice of programmed workouts, as well as the ability to create a customized workout… it all depends on what your workout end goal is and what area(s) of my body that I wish to focus on.With chronic pain issues from various chronic conditions and chronic muscle stiffness due to being excessively hyper mobile, trying to maintain a level of comfort within my body can be extremely challenging. Using Lifepro’s Rumblex Max 4D on a regular basis was a game changer for me.One of the best things about Lifepro devices is the lifetime warranty offered for free… You just need to sign up.The customer service is very dedicated to helping us customers resolve any problems in a timely manner. One of my Lifepro devices stopped working so I contacted customer service requesting a replacement. Within 48 hrs, I had received a reply stating that my replacement was being shipped out and I received it within a week. One negative thing in respect to the “manual” of the vibration platform is that it doesn’t provide as much guidance as it should regarding what each programmed workout enables you to accomplish and what each individual feature can accomplish within a customized workout. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free guidance session with one of their fitness experts to better understand the benefits of the vibration platform; you will receive the free offer when you register your device on their website.I highly recommend the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D for anyone whose goals are towards muscle recovery, improving blood circulation, and increasing exercise tolerance and endurance.

I love my new 4D vibration plate. It is quite heavy, so a little difficult to move around, but I like that the platform is large enough for me lie down on my back sometimes to enjoy the vibration. It came with a mat stretch bands set, a remote. Sometimes it turns off while operating, but I can just restart it with no issues. It made my daily workout so easy and quick! And the company has the best customer service.

I've only used this product once as I just received it, but am already loving it. After only 30 minutes, I can definitely feel it in my muscles, but not overly so. It just feels like I've had a really good workout. The machine is quiet, easy to move around and is a good size . I love all of the preset modes - makes it super easy for new users.

The remote control was missing so I'm assuming the quality control at this company is not great. . 😀😀😂😂EDITED TO ADD...I was moving the vibration plate by the handle, rolling it across the floor when I heard something fall inside the plate. It was the remote! I tipped the plate around a few times and I was able to easily get it out of back side of the machine near the back edge.. YIPPEE! By the way, I purchased this to help with lower back pain that no one can seem fix. Dr.s say it's just a waiting game till I need surgery. Chiropractor said the same about my degenerative discs. Walk more, exercise...blah blah blah. First session on this was on P2 for 5 minutes. Pain was gone. Sure it's not going to last all day but it's relief and I can repeat it as many times as I need. Overtime it should last longer and longer until I no longer have back pain, right? Now to try out how long I can walk without pain in my back. Game changer I hope.

I absolutely love this lifepro vibrating plate. The quality of this machine so far appears excellent. I’m a nurse , so I’m on my feet a lot and I suffer with terrible swollen legs. I also get this when sitting down, which has been a real concern for me. I started to look into the best vibrating plates and this one kept popping up. Also I came across videos with Amber showing exercise etc so I decided on this one.I never really believe all the hype when people say things like “oh this has made a difference to my so and so on the first time I’ve used this machine, but, I can honestly say after only using it for one week my oedema in my legs has improve dramatically. Yesterday I went to work and I decided not to put on my compression socks just to see how I got on. Normally I leave off work after a gruelling 12 hour shift and my legs feel miserable, but it was amazing I still had ankles as opposed to kankles 😃 I’ve been on it twice in a day some times exercising or just standing on it as I find it really soothing on my muscles. I’m absolutely over the moon with this and I’m looking forward to building my exercise regime up to improve my general health and fitness. I hope this review helps someone because I know that I rely on other people’s opinions before purchasing any items off the internet.

Perfect for my daughter's rehab at home. After a long stay in hospital I wanted a vibration/oscillation plate for my daughter to sit at with her feet on it. (Not yet strong enough to stand on it)For the money, this piece of equipment is outstanding and I now also use it myself for vibration fitness exercises. The plate has a lot of settings and speeds, it oscillates and vibrates and you can choose various combinations from the settings to suit the person. We are currently using it for my daughters leg strength and water retention caused through health issues and she finds it very comfortable to sit at with her feet on it. A full well deserved 5 stars!

I ordered this item last week, excited to get started on an exercise program that incorporated full-body vibration. The box arrived yesterday. It was packed very well in a heavy brown cardboard box and form fitting rigid polystyrene foam. The box weighs around 50 pounds, with the bulk of this being the vibration plate itself. After unpacking, I plugged the device in, and flipped on the power switch. Got a nice little beep and the panel came to life. Cycled through to one of the programs labeled AL and hit the start button. To my surprise, nothing happened. No vibration, or movement of any kind. The panel timer started counting down like it thought something was happening, but no motion out of the plate. So, I tried calling their 24 hour customer help line. It answered and went immediately to a hold with music. I waited on hold for several minutes and the phone line eventually hung up. So, I called back. Got the same hold with music which eventually hung up on me. After this, I reverted to Amazon's help system which processed a return/exchange for the same item. I'll update this review once I receive the replacement item, but for now, the quality control on these devices seems pretty terrible.

Came well packed it weighs around 24kg.. I got it at a great discounted price.. Only thing is its too heavy for me to lift and pull around even tho it has a roller on one side at the bottom, as I have an old shoulder injury it actually strained my shoulder just getting it out of the box!It is a fabulous quality machine and really does the job, a huge difference and upgrade from the early vibrapower plate I used to own .. This one jiggles parts u didn't know you had! fortunately it's a but too heavy and aggressive for little old sensitive me!Wish I could keep it but I have to return and maybe get the mini version.

I've had the Rumblex Max for about 2 weeks, other than standing on it to try the different vibration modes I've been using it to help loosen muscle tension in my back and shoulders, using mostly the pulsation mode as it can be as gentle as I want it while laying down on it. I also was very happy to see it relieve what may have been edema from working at home and walking a lot less; one morning I noticed my foot start to swell, so I sat down to work with my feet on the Rumblex and turned on the first program. After the 15 minutes were up my foot felt and looked better, and was back to completely normal within a couple hours without any extra treatment or activity. The Rumblex Max has a noticeably stronger set of motors as compared to the Turbo 3D when using the same lowest settings (I do not own a Turbo 3D, it belongs to a family member). I prefer the gentler motors of the Turbo 3D for lower settings, but the variety of movements offered by the Rumblex seem like a much better investment as it gives me more options to find out what will suit me now and suit me in the future as my life changes.I like the little foam mat that comes with the machine, I don't always want to roll out my yoga mat and this is perfectly shaped for the top of the plate, or can be moved to the floor depending on the exercise I'm doing. Pay attention to where you place these machines, don't stub your toes. You'd think being as big as they are they'd be hard to miss... alas, my place is small and I'm so used to where all my furniture sits... it's low enough to the ground to not be noticed but high enough to catch my feet. Not the machine's fault, I'm can get clumsy.4/5 pain relief, it's not the machine's fault it can't magically cure everything, I do want to affirm that deducting a star for this isn't unfair as there are treatments out there (usually as prescribed medication) that can offer 5/5 pain relief. As mentioned it did very well for a swollen foot very quickly, and I believe with consistent use it can assist in long term management and treatment of muscle issues, which is a wonderful thing.4/5 easy to use, this unit is heavy duty and weighs quite a bit making it somewhat of a workout just to move around. I'm glad it's a heavy machine as I feel that's necessary for something that's going to vibrate as much as it does, the suction cups keep it firm to the floor but can be a wee bit of a nuisance when you have to pry it off the floor to move around. Obviously this is moot if you're using carpet/rug.The two things I'd like to see changed for all of lifepro's machines are:1. The beautiful blue digits of the display as these are horrible to stare at if you have any inkling of vision issues (truly, they're super pretty displays but on bad days I feel like they're going to burn out my retinas).2. The beeping when adjusting settings needs it's own volume control so people who want a quieter beep can have that, while those who prefer the current sound can enjoy it as is.
