Whether it is large sized stuffed pasta or empanadas or ravioli….this is soooo handy! I use the opposite side to cut the round shape on my rolled out pastry and place the circle onto the exposed teeth…fill with your filling, use a little egg wash for the edges and than flip the 2 halves together…voila…sealed.

The handles did not go past the first use. It broke. The mold itself is easy to use, easy to clean but the handles were not tightly fixed.

This was supposed to be heavy duty. I made empanadas and the handle broke off before I even finished the first batch.

I make my own pastry crust and use that to make fried fruit pies pies or crawfish, shrimp or meat pies and this works great. It’s a bit small but still, it works great.
