Not the exact color match I was hoping for but close enough. The toilet seat feels well made and good quality. The lid is thick enough to comfortably sit on without worrying about it breaking. The slow close feature works great; the seat will not slam.

This is an awesome product. Better made than the original seat. Closes really quite and it's easy to remove for a deep cleaning. We had a missing part and the customer service was the best. Answered email in 24 hours and mailed the part out same day.

Received many positive complements to our guest bath. Always asking where did I get that color. Lots of colors to choose from and easy install. Really does look nice. Much better than the old standard white one.

Kohler K-3402PB Rasberry Puree1980's toilet. This seat fit perfect. Slow close feature works great. Color match is perfect to the toilet, literally better than the 30yr old original that broke! Easy to install with 5/8 wrench although I never have seen break away nuts like the ones included. They work fine and I guess it helps with not overtightening and breaking the plastic bolts. The bolts included have a unique head that locks into the mount which probably can only be replaced via manufacturer. At half the price of an original, can't beat it!

I loved the color, loved everything about it except the fact that it was scratched up. If it was unscratched I would have given this review a score of 5 overall. Because it was scratched up, I have given the overall score a 4. I chose not to return it because I did not think it would have made a difference. Having dealt with this situation before, the replacement was more scratched up than the one returned, so I did not want to take that chance. Based on my experience I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to purchase.

Bought because of reviews and price. However, forget price, it’s not worth what I paid or the over hundred regular price. Can’t believe I had to take pics of my toilet seat to show how it came. Otherwise, the full width doesn’t cover the toilet rim, there is no way to remove seat to clean unless I’m missing something, and I wouldn’t recommend. Not sure if Bemis will see this review, but DEFINITELY NO QC as this was fully wrapped and boxed properly. My old seat is a KOHLER and I broke it at attachment or I would send this back.

I have given a rating of 5 stars although I cannot use it as I previously bought a seat from you some ago. The reason I have had to return this item is because the distance between the two holes on the seat is only 15cms but. the distance between the two holes on my toilet is 18cms. If you have a seat of this description with the distance between the two holes is 18cms I will purchase it.
