Step 1
Install the drive wheel onto the spindle of the angle grinder and tighten it.
Step 2
Install the belt sanding machine bracket onto the angle grinder gearbox and lock it securely.
Step 3
Install the sanding belt and turn the sanding belt locking lever to lock the sanding belt.
Step 4
Install the protective cover plate and lock it securely.

I installed this sander on a Craftsman C3 19.2V angle grinder. The sander must be tightened around the base of the angle grinder, which involved removing the guard as well as the outer and inner nuts. At first, I did not see that the inner nut was removable, and accidentally tightened the sander around that. Do not make this mistake.Apart from the mishap resulting from my not understanding the parts of an angle grinder, installation was easy. To install the sanding belt, the bottom plate of the sander must be removed using the included hex wrench. The red lever is moved to the loosening position, the belt is placed, and the red lever is moved to the tightening position.There are three attachments included - one for flat surfaces, one for corners, and one for curved surfaces. A picture above shows the leg of a table after only four seconds of using this sander with the attachment that permits the sanding of curved surfaces.This sander does a great job, and is a great time saver. Installation is easy once you know to remove the guard and both nuts. It is easy to use. No complaints.

Love that I don't have to sand anymore by hand. Love that it comes with different attachments and they are easy to change out. Must have.

A versatile grinder kit that includes a mini belt grinder with three different arms that will be very handy. A set of polishing wheels, a set of cutting wheels and a set of grinding wheels. The case didn't hold up in shipping as it arrived broken, a disappointment but everything else works ok. I thought the 4 inch wheels might me a problem but they are available on Amazon.
