Very disappointed in this product. Heats up my phone pretty hot and I’m pretty sure that’s not a good thing. The look of it is nice but if you use cord headphones for phone calls you can’t hear them. Music and shows no problem. Some ear pods don’t work either. I only use this if I have no choice. Bad idea on this purchase

I change my iPhone every year and I got this case for my iPhone 16 pro max that arrived on 10/25. After a few days transferring all my info to the new one I started to use my new phone and this new case. After 10 days I started to have problems w charging it, it keeps disconnecting, very frustrating and I don’t know how to reach this seller to see if they can help me. Today is 11/15, have been using it for 2 weeks really

Does not work and does not charge. This is a simple case only. The charger does not work. Cheap, defective, made in China junk that doesn’t even fit the phone. Total waste of money.
