Worked great for a little over a month.Battery shows full charge but will not charge phone.Phone charges just fine when plugged in to cable. Connections look good.Asked for a replacement but company was no help.It’s a paperweight now.

Bought this March 2024. It’s December. It’s worked great — really does give an extra full charge to my iPhone 13, which has come in incredibly handy, especially when traveling — but it just this week stopped working entirely. No, I didn’t get it wet, drop it, bend it, break it, or have lint blocking a charging port. Just hit its lifespan. Which is fine. And I wish I’d known upfront that this battery case, as opposed to other ones, would only last 9 months. The last battery case I had lasted 2 years (which still felt a bit short, but…). I’m still within the 12 month warranty, but I cannot find anything anywhere about how to contact the company to get help other than leaving this review. So here’s hoping. In the meantime, let’s pick a different battery case instead.

I really really liked this phone case I would recommend it to anyone. I used it to get around Japan and make sure that I had battery. My only complaint about this was that it was super heavy and pretty bulky. I carried about a repack to plug my phone in in case this case died. I really like it for emergency uses though

As indicated by other users of this product, it is a great item until a few months down the road. My main issue is the lack of charging capability and disconnection via the cable for reliable charging and communication with CarPlay.( note, absolutely no issue with the cable directly plugged into the phone itself ) This is now my second time having this issue. Maybe need to look for a new brand for longer use success?
