So my brother brought me a battery case for my Iphone. and i loved it (not sure what brand the case is).But unfortunately, i broke the little connector tip in the case so I had to buy a new battery case. which lead to me buying this battery case i'm writing a review on.For me, i got used to having this battery case on my phone (good weight on the phone). I press the button on the back and the case charge my phone when i see my phone being low on battery. I plug in a charger into the case which charge both the phone and the case. I dont charge it overnight when i'm sleeping so i dont overcharge the case/phone (which i heard extend the battery life). And since my last battery case, i was very careful whenever i remove my phone from the case so as not to damage the connector tip. (i do this so i can plug power cable into both phone and case. this is way faster than just plugging the cable while the phone is combine with the case).And 2-3 month after use, I noticed i had problem with the case charging my phone. I would press the button and it would not charge my phone. I plug the power cable into the case, and it would not charge my phone. The fix action is to remove the phone from the cable, and re-insert phone back into the case, before the phone can be charge (either from case or power cable).And it does this now and again (not often enough to really bother me nor does it happen enough that i worry about replacing the case).I brought this case in sept, and it is now Feb (5 months) and now the case fully stop providing power to my phone. I remove and reinsert the phone back into the case, and still nothing. The connector tip is fine and not damage. I press the button on the case, and i see 3 out of 4 lights. i put the cable into the case and i see it blinking light (which mean its charging the case). I put the power cable into the phone and it charge my phone (which mean the phone connector is just fine). But when i put the phone into the case, it does not charge my phone nor does it see the power cable when i plug it into the case.Overall, I gotta give this battery case a 1 star for not lasting as long as i though (at least, last longer like a year or so).

Worked perfectly fine as intended for a couple months, but eventually the port you plug in began to loosen, causing a charger to slip out easily.

Like many, my iPhone battery just doesn't last long enough. I typically carry around a charger to get that mid-day charge, although it can be challenging while traveling or on the golf course. A friend has an older version of the charging case and recommended it. I'm very pleased with my first weekend-long use during traveling. My phone remained fully charged each day of my trip. Note, the charging case is a bit heavy and bulky, so I'm not sure I'd want to use it every day. But for travel and when you don't otherwise have time to charge up during the day, this thing is a life saver. Very pleased with purchase.

I like the use of this and does increase usage while I’m out camping - my only gripe is that whilst charging, it turns itself off and the battery is not empty and neither is my phone charged up to 100% so I have press the button on back of charger to make it continue again

I got this because I travel overseas and my phone will not charge when it thinks I’m supposed to be asleep.The purple case has begun to scrape off already, but it is still purple underneath.The phone is bulky, but I’m getting used to carrying it. The charging works well and seems to hold about two charged in it.My main complaint is that the case does not plug in very well. When I plug into my iphone, the cord is fastened in place. When I plug into the case, the slightest bump causes the cord to fall out of the case and it does not charge. One day in ten I wake up and realise that the case/phone did not charge overnight because I bumped it while getting into bed.

This phone case is a great handy phone case to have. It fit my iPhone 14 perfectly and it is very durable and sturdy. Even with the battery it did not make my phone feel too bulky or heavy. It is a sleek and comfortable case. It has very good charging power. It charged my phone up pretty quickly and the cases charge lasted awhile. It is very easy to use. I first charged the case up fully before putting my phone in it. Once my phone was in the case and it needed to be charged I just pressed the little button on the back of the case to turn it on and it began charging my phone. When I was done charging I just pressed the button again to turn it off. Super simple. Then when you need to recharge the case you just plug it in to your charger cord. It really comes in handy when you are out for the day and don’t want to have to find a place to charge your phone. I am very happy with this case!

Good afternoon,I have had the Smart Battery Case for a while and this is my second case, both have encountered charging problems. The first (cyan color) will charge but no longer charges my phone, the second (lilac color) will not charge at all and the charging port has become loose. I had both of them for about 3-4 months and I am wondering if these are just temporary cases or if your product is defective. Of course I make mistakes and I've dropped my first case, however my second case was dropped significantly less than the first one (about 3 times) and I find it odd the product stopped working as advertised, if not completely. Of course I know it is probably too late to return the object but l've also done research, there are reviews of others having the same problem days in. While my cases lasted longer I have tried other cases before (which literally cracked and had exposed battery and still worked), therefore I would like either a confirmation that this device is defective or a way to fix it.

This product failed not once, but twice within the first 30 days.The charge port of the first one I bought wore down so badly within a week that any cable plugged into it would fall out with zero resistance.The second one I bought literally did not work out of the box. No, it wasn’t an issue with powering on or charging. It literally did not work. It did not charge. No lights turned on. Nothing.Absolutely awful product. Look elsewhere.
