Great product for the price. All the additional baking tools you get with it are great I use the dough mixing spatula all the time. Be careful with the razor blade it’s sharp LOL

I am new on sourdough and needed all the supplies to get started. These fit the bill. I really like that the baskets are made of organic material so my bread will be on a surface that aligns with the kind of bread I plan to bake. While I believe they are well made some of the bamboo is stripping away in places and you can see some of the metal on the inside of the basket (not a fan of that) but as long as my bread doesn’t get into contact with the metal holding it together I think it will be all right and will come back to update once I start baking if any problems arise. Overall they seem sturdy and should help the proofing process along.The basket liners and baker’s couches reek of something used to treat the fibers so I would highly recommend a wash, rinse, and hang dry before first use.The tools are truly wonderful and very well made. No concerns about how they will hold up or perform at all. For the money this kit is a true value. I recommend it!

Has everything needed for baking and decorating fresh homemade sourdough. I loved that it also came with stencils, and extra blades for the lame.

I ordered this to start making sourdough bread. I had no clue what I was doing. This product had everything I needed to make several different styles of loafs with instructions to help me on my way. I now make several loafs a week and still only use these products. Best gift idea ever for someone who is wanting to start out on this adventure!

When I got started making sourdough I looked for all the supplies and was shocked how much it would cost individually. This set is perfect. The tools are great quality and have healed up nicely. The package also makes it noce to store it all together if your like me in a kitchen with limited space for storage.
