This has been the best sourdough purchase I’ve made. I use every too in it. It stores nicely. They are made well. I actually gifted a set to my sister and she loves it too. Great price, easy to clean, helps me make delicious sourdough bread!

The flour sprinkle tool was something I was looking forward to and it arrived broken. Also I thought there was a scoring blade and there isn’t. Other than that it seems decent I’m excited to try it out this week!

Buyer beware: quickly looking at this listing, it looks like everything you'd need to get started. But upon use, one will realize that the banneton baskets are made of plastic, and not rattan. Plastic is not breathable. It is my fault for not fully reading the listing, and I wish I could return it. Do more homework than I did. Rating as one star because plastic shouldn't be advertised to bakers.

I recently purchased this sourdough making kit, and I am so impressed! As someone who's always wanted to try making my own sourdough but was intimidated by the process, this kit made everything incredibly easy. It came with clear, step-by-step instructions, which were easy to follow even for a complete beginner like me. I loved that the kit included a proofing basket and a dough scraper – these little tools made the process so much smoother and professional-looking. My loaves came out with a beautifully crisp crust and soft, airy crumb inside. Highly recommend!

Everything is this package is great for a beginner. The cloth liners aren’t the best quality as they fray easy, but everything else is great and I haven’t had an issue with it.
