Pretty sure I ordered the larger ball and got the smaller one. Of course when I've opened it, its far tooo late to exchange. Will make it work since I need something for pregnancy stretching. The guide book is really well done, and good refresher for those who have used a fitness ball before

I use the ball to work from home due to my pregnancy. This gives me a bit of room to move around in between and my belly isn't so tense. The ball also comes with an information/exercise booklet, which is great. It's also practical that the package includes a pump for inflating and deflating so that you don't have to buy it separately. In addition, there is an accessory to remove the stopper from the ball if it is no longer needed and needs to be stowed away. Compared to exercise balls, this ball feels super stable and thick.

LOVED this during pregnancy and am still using it with my newborn! It’s super comfortable to bounce on and my newborn loves being bounced to sleep on it. Soft material and didn’t have a harsh smell (I’m very sensitive to smells). Highly recommend!

This Exercise/birth ball is awesome! Beautifully packaged, came with a wonderful book full of tips and tricks while pregnant and in labor. The pump is nice, but it takes a little while to inflate, so if you are looking for a ball that you can easily deflate and re-inflate, I would try to find a different pump. I got the silver color and it’s beautiful, and the ball itself is very durable, thick material. I am 5’3”, I got the 65 cm and it was the perfect size for me! I would say if you are any taller than 5’7” roughly, you might want to go with the 75cm size. Overall, great purchase and excellent product for the price. Highly recommend!!

The only complaint I have is the included apparatus for blowing this thing up because it is cheap and will take tons of muscle and time. Otherwise the ball itself is great quality and doesn't smell too weird for very long, and the instruction booklet is very comprehensive and full of great information. Glad I got this.

I chose this ball over all the other brands because of the nude color even though it’s much more expensive than other balls. I know it’s not the best reason to buy something, but I did. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It’s bright pink. I inflated to see if the color would lighten, but it’s still pink and deflating it to return it seems difficult.

The size is perfect for pregnant women. It is easy to inflate the ball, It already contains the material to inflated it. During my pregnancy, I find it comfortable to sit on it specially when I was having contractions. It comes with a booklet that will teach you how to do the exercises, specially for pregnant women. To me, it is worth every penny it is an investment that you can spend on to ensure a healthy pregnancy. I also like its appearance and color. Overall, its performance great, and the material is durable.

I used this every day during pregnancy. It helped a lot with my lower back pains. I only filled it with air once and while it took forever to inflate, I never had to add again. Much easier to fill if you have an electric pump. We use this in our home gym now that baby has been born. I would purchase this again.

Assembly was very easy, although a bit tiring to hand pump it when youre super pregnant, took me about an hour because I had to take breaks😅ball is very thick and feels difficult to pop, I am 5'5" and ultimately decided the 72" was too large for my feet to comfortably rest on the ground while stretching and too large to fit well under a desk, I have the next size down and it's great

UPDATE: Amazing support. Babygo reached out about my concerns and we determined it was a defective ball - it happens. They assisted in making things right to alleviate my concerns. Honestly, A+++ support. I never get proactive support like this from someone so another star for the quality and professional support to address the issue.This was a definite life saver for comfort for my wife in her later months of pregnancy. She would alternate between this and her desk chair while working from home. When shopping for this ball we noticed SO MANY smaller yoga balls all advertised as birthing balls so make sure to very carefully check the dimensions of the balls if you don't buy this one! Lots of false advertising on here. This is a proper size birthing ball that's similar to actual chair height. The included reading materials were also great and a nice bonus!Putting as 3 stars though because it needed constant topping up with air every few days which was a pain. The plug is difficult to get out, even with the included prying tool. We have another yoga ball that will hold a pretty steady air pressure for months.

E grazie a semplicissimi movimenti con la palla, il dolore si è alleviato.
