Nice ball was too small.

Wife’s PT had her use a “cooch ball” for pelvic floor/tailbone tension release use. This is a great alternative as they are both 4in and can be inflated and deflated as needed for firmness. She says they feel identical, but this one is a fraction of the cost.

This is advertised as a 4" diameter hip flexor ball. If you inflate it enough to be as firm as a typical hip flexor ball (such as the plastic ones made by Aletha or the cork ones by Aquanimous), it is MUCH bigger than 4" in diameter. I should have paid attention to the main product photo. Look how big the ball is compared to the person's hand. There's no way that's a 4" ball...

Exactly what I wanted! Use it for therapy for neck. Durable, thick and heavy duty. Although the pump is very cheap and needle almost broke…. The ball was perfect and everything I wanted. Perfect size

I like that it came with a pump and needle. Easy to use pump. Works well for the exercises

I needed a small ball for some of my exercises, and it's surprisingly hard to find one. This is not 4", it's smaller and fits easily into the palm of my hand, but it serves the purpose I needed it for. It does not blow up to a round ball, it's an odd shape, but again, it works for what I need it for. What I'm using it for: a cushion and resistance between ankles and feet to perform rehab exercises.

So good to exercise with it or lay on it for sore back muscles and joints.

NOT the Crappy quality I saw in other's Photos.ACTUALLY Round...ish. Nice Sports ball style inflation valve. I don't like the Quick deflate kind.Came out About 6", once inflated to a Pressure suitable for it's intended use, a Yoga ball. But it Doesn't seem to be as Hard as I had it a Couple of Days ago. I HOPE it holds air Better than That.

After a lot of searching, I bought this as a more affordable version of the "cooch ball," since it's the same size & comes with a pump. It inflates well & doesn't burst when you sit on it. I recommend this product.
