Super easy to setup.Been testing it since 2 weeks. So far it works great. I removed the stainless bowl cause my cat was having issues grabbing the kibbles, they were sliding in the bowl. So I bough a silicon trivet mat at dollar store. Cut it a little bigger to fit like a bowl (see pic) Works like wonder and easy to clean.The kibbles are small and a portion is around 1/8 of a cup. Just make sure the container is 1/3 full or the kibbles might not fall completely into the compartments due to low weight.

This product has great construction, soft clean plastic, goes together easily, connects to app quickly with ease in use. However, the portions which come out are random amounts of kibble. I had to push to feed 25 times to get a half cup of kibble out.

I bought this because we have neighborhood dogs come to our front porch and want food. So, when we go on vacation or I am still in bed and I get a ring alert that a dog is here, I can just push the button in the app on my phone. Easy to set up, Nice design, bowl is very sturdy, not super loud when it dispenses. Not sure if its supposed to be outside, but works great even in 10 degree weather on a covered porch.

I have a 30 lb dog, so if he is hungry he will just push this over. I’ve had to tape the top down the food stops coming out when he knocks it over. The lower white & silver bowl also disconnects easily, so my dog will grab it and walk around with it. If you don’t have a smart dog that plays with everything - this may be fine for them. Size is okay for food - need to refill once a week. Set up was easy.

Uma das melhores compras que fiz. Ao início demorei a ajustar a frequência com que devia deitar as porções, mas depois encontrei o racio certo. Consigo alimentar os meus gatos a partir de qualquer lado. Não dá para controlar a quantidade de cada porção, mediante se queira colocar mais ou menos quantidade e preciso colocar mais doses programadas na aplicação.

I tried 3 different sized food pellets and none would go smoothly through the machine and it’s so light weight and cheap that my dog broke it down in one day.

Pros:Super cute pet feeder.The design looks good with the water fountain. (see picture)Once set up, it seems to work well.Cons:Wifi setup is challenging if you have a dual-band GHz router.Feed Number is something that you have to figure out depending on the pet food you are using.Feed Number mechanism isn't that precise, but it is good enough for the cost of this product.My setup:iPhone: 13 mini OS 17.5.1Router: Netgear MR70 with two security methods, WPA/WPA2 (2.4 GHz) and WPA3 (5 GHz)If you are using the WPA3 (5 GHz) router security method, you will have to set up a second "Guest Wifi" using WPA/WPA2 (2.4 GHz).Once you have done this, switch your iPhone wifi to use the Guest setting you just created or already have. Next, download the Smart Life app and follow the instructions for setup - you'll have to use your WPA/WPA2 "guest" password to log in to your router. Once I figured out how to use this it was easy! My boys took a little while to get used to it but love it now. It makes it easier for my pet sitter when I'm out of town. They always have food because of the meal plan option.

These are nice feeders. I had trouble setting them up and had to use the customer service. Not only was the service fast, but it solved my problem. What I learned: To use the app to activate the feeders, they must be plugged in and not be using the batteries for power. I was using batteries only and they kept shutting off to save the battery life. I piugged them in and now they stay on all the time. I learned that fact from customer service. Nice product with great customer service.
