This is my second WOPET feeder. The first one lasted a long time. The improvements made to the newer one are great. I like that the bowl is removable for cleaning. The size is good for my cat. It is quiet and dispenses food throughout the day. The food never clogs up in the dispenser. I like that the tub is clear so you can see when the food is getting low. The price is a very good value for the money. I would recommend this feeder.

Nicely made, simple to set up. You can choose how many times the cat can be fed daily with a maximum of 6, and you can also choose the portion of food from 1-8 oz. Item comes with a plug in and you have the option to use batteries.

I bought two of these. The first one work a few days. I then kept getting a message that said there was a blockage. I cleaned it all out and it worked a few feedings before doing it again. I tried two other cat foods before deciding to sen it back. My estimated refund was first December 24 because I had to wait until they received the item back. Then it updated to January 4. Now it’s saying January 12. I’m not happy overall with this product or the service. This is my first issue with Amazon returns so please be aware if you’re used to the ease of Amazon returns!

I purchased the non-wifi model because I'm sick of every product now using an app, we all have too much screen time nowadays.With that small rant over, the auto feeder is a solid product though it does come with one flaw - the power. It does come with a USB style plug in power wire, however the connection in the feeder itself is very loose so it takes a lot of wiggling and pushing to find the right spot to keep it turned on and powered. There is a design flaw in that the power insert is within the battery area so when the wire comes out it is forced at an angle creating a pressure on the insert and often shutting off the unit. Batteries are needed to keep the unit powered continuously, don't rely on the USB power supply.
