Working Condition
- The start open temperature can be adjusted from 16℃ to 25℃( 60.8℉ to 77℉).(Adjust:Rotate the cylinder clockwise to lower the open temperature or anticlockwise to increase open temperature.)
- When the temperature reaches 91.4℉ (33℃) or above, the window will be fully opened
- The maximum open distance, from window sill to bottom rail, is about 45cm (18”)
- Maximum weight of the window is 15kgs (33 lbs).
Storage&Maintenance
- All moving parts need to be lubricated after installation. Occasional lubricate is recommended.
- Please take off the cylinder from the opener when the window is not to be opened such as during winter time, to avoid any accident opening due to warm up climate.
- Lubricate and check the piston rod, make sure it can work smoothly if there is long time no work.
- The vent opener should be stored at a cool and dry place.

needed a new one the other one wore out and after 25 years. This one is a great buy. I hope I don't need another one but if I do I will buy this brand.

This is not worth the value. It fell apart a few days after I put it in the window. It worked great for a while, then the liquid drained out and the plunger fell on floor of greenhouse.

I have the Palram 4x6 hobby greenhouse and wanted to upgrade the window mechanism so my plants don't bake on days I can't keep up with it manually. I used bolts that came with the greenhouse, not the hardware included with this. The instructions were fairly difficult to follow since the diagram resolution is so poor, but with some tinkering and looking at it, took maybe 30 minutes to finish (including filing away some of the material in one of the plates to get the Palram bolts through it). Overall pleased since I was considering it as risky due to the other review.

The piston rod was not properly threaded into the body, had to add a couple of nuts to make work.
