I'm really excited about this! I tried to make my own MREs and survival Buckets years ago. This is a better idea and some last up to 25 years. I can't wait to buy the whole line of products.

The box says it was made in July 2022. I didn’t expect it to be two years old already when I bought it. Especially when it was full price. So that was surprising

If you are looking for an easy easy way to start food storage, these meal buckets are perfect. Comparatively, they aren't expensive and it is nice to have a variety of meals in one place that we can keep stored in case of emergency. These buckets are easy to store and easy to transport, if needed. This is a great option for anyone looking for a simple food storage solution.

I live in coastal NC and after hurricane Florence I decided I was taking no chances when it came to having easy to make camp-style food over a fire. My neighborhood not only flooded close to a foot of water, but also had TWO separate tornado's sweep through. I heard about this brand of preserved emergency foods from a friend who is a "prepper", and even though I am not that committed, I did want a food contingency for a week of need or so. I really like the assortment of the breakfast foods from the seller, and as an ex Eagle Scout, can prepare all of this over a campfire kitchen set up. People are always so surprised that you can not only cook a wide variety over a campfire, but just how big and varied a meal with some iron cookware. The included selection was well thought out, and when I compared this to individual MREs or similar meal buckets the price could not be beat. Very satisfied with the seller and will be buying in the future.

I'm currently buying a little from different suppliers before I decide who to stick with. I'll be doing the taste testing during camping trips this spring.For now, I only gave this one 4 stars because opening the bucket was not easy for someone with arthritis, and the pouches are not resealable, so make sure you have something to store it in if you open it and don't plan on eating/drinking it all at once. A bit high in sodium, and not clear on whether it's iodized sodium or more natural salt with a higher mineral content.Other than that, packaging was solid and there doesn't appear to be any leaks as I found with a different supplier on first order.It's also quite a bit of food, so I feel like it was a good purchase for the price. Nutrition is decent, but not dense. Servings are small so they're definitely not meant to be the only portion of the meal when looking at calories to stay active and healthy. That can be said of all the ones I've looked at from various suppliers.All in all, I think a great investment for SHTF, shelter in place, food shortage situations as well as camping and exploring. Looking forward to giving them a test run for usability and taste.
