I bought these thinking they might be the same or even better than the Survival Tabs, since they’re made with sweet cream buttermilk and have more protein and calcium. But they are not good. They taste just like buttermilk, no sweet cream or lemon flavor. So they taste like sour milk. They also gave me a sour stomach (I tested them for two days). I highly recommend the Survival Tabs instead: they taste like malted milk, they feel good on the stomach, one tablet keeps me full for like two hours, and I have plenty of energy.EDIT: The company was kind enough to give me a refund after reading this review. I have since not wanted to waste these tablets, so I eat a few as a snack or before bed if I’m hungry. I’m getting used to them. And they’re like a chewable multivitamin.Thank you 4Patriots!
