Both squares are very good, accurate, and surprisingly solidly-built. I've been doing a lot of construction in my yard, sheds, fences, and other structures. I've been doing this without a square, for no particular reason except I never thought to buy one.This equipment is accurate, solidly-built, I use it to true up my chop saw.

These are tradesman quality tools. Very well designed and work exactly like you hope. Everything is heavy duty and feels like it will last decades. I love arrow tools, you always know they’re going to be designed with trades in mind.

This is a wonderful set of tools.I got it mostly for the combination square. I have a smaller one I use all the time, but this bigger one will really come in handy. The carpenter square is a really nice inclusion, as it's smaller than the ones I already have.For the combination square, it's a very solid well-machined tool. The rule glides easily, but without any wobble. There's even a little scribing tool attached, labeled as a draw pin in the product shot.These are very much worth the full asking price and more.

Ordered these for my workshop in the garage. You can never have too many carpenters squares laying around when wood working. Both tools have perfectly straight edges and are truly “square”. The level works great and it also comes with a little scribe tool screwed in underneath the bubble level. Came packaged really nicely and for the money you can’t go wrong with this set. Highly recommend and one of my favorites items I’ve seen on Vine.

all is as it should be. to be fair, I don't know what all the markings on the triangle mean, but they're all good for something right?

I'm not a carpenter but as a DIY'er this is a great kit. Pricewise you're saving quite a bit compared to the store price. You get both the speed square and the combination square for basically the price of one. Outside of the color being different these are basically the same quality, size and features as your box store alternatives. Arrow makes good quality stuff and this is no exception. Numbers are crisp and easy to read. Both are very robust and resistant to wear specially for a home user. Definitely a great deal.
