Did not look closely; all the pieces are tiny. I have to return it. Need a kit for an outdoor fountain but even for a large aquarium this would be small & not very sturdy, breakable…

I clean fish tanks and/or do water changes every day with my 18 or so fish tanks. I'm pretty deep into the hobby and always looking for ways to make the chores simpler and this cleaning kit looked really impressive. The telescoping handle is great since I have small shallow tanks, but also my biggest is 24" deep so that's a convenient feature for me. The sponges and scrapers are pretty standard and basic and always useful. The algae scraper blade will probably wear out pretty quickly, and you cannot replace the blades, so that is one drawback, but I have other similar tools to use. The planting fork is interesting since I used to use my fingers to shove the plant roots into the gravel, though I'm not used to using it yet. I may just continue doing it the old way if I don't get the hang of it. The tube brush is very small and I doubt I'll use that with the filters that I have. My tubes are mostly 1", and the gravel rake might not get used every day since I only have 2 tanks with a substrate. With all that said, it's still the most versatile aquarium cleaning kit that I have and will probably use some of the attachments very often. It's made very well and has a really cool locking mechanism to quickly change the heads. The hook at the end of the handle is too small to fit over my fish tank rims, and there's a removeable allen wrench stuck in it. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any way to use that for anything, but I'll add that to my collection as well. I hate to sound like I'm complaining, it's really a nice versatile set of tools, but it's just my opinion that there could be some improvements for my specific needs. I still like it a lot and am happy to try it out, thanks. :)

All these peaces are handy but I use some of them more often. The extension is nice and all the items are easy to clean when done using them.

I have so many fish tank accessories and I'll never say no to more. Got to keep the little guys happy. Love the telescoping arm. If you own fish you're used to getting your hand/arms wet, but it helps to be able to do touch-ups without practically falling in. So algae scrubbing was the main reason I got it but I do love the interchangeable heads. They all secure nicely to the central arm and can supplement your other aquarium needs.
