Been using these for a long time to check for problems. At first, I used traditional ph, etc tests along side of these to be double sure they worked. They do work and are an accurate readout for parameters described on handy color gauge on the bottle. Its important to keep the dry, as per instructions.

Kind of a pain to use, and not that easy to read, may have just been a bad batch. Ended up getting a pond test kit that’s easier to get the readings I need.

I thought the test worked very well, as long as you know that you have to keep the strip level and not let the water move from one area to another. My only problem is that I thought this also tested for phosphates. I waited 3 days for this test before I can add phosphate remover to my pond , and there is no phosphate test. Frustrated with that, although the other tests were great, and coincided with my other test kit, liquid.
