Had severe heel pain for over 2 months, apparently called Plantar Fasciitis. More painful after resting and in AM.Did the foot and calf stretching exercises suggested for a week and never helped much. Purchased these and got some immediate relief. Wore them 23x7 for a week and paid was considerably less. Now into my third week and my heel pain has almost gone, I even forget about it when walking now. Wearing this during the day and not at night now. Apparently can take up to 30 days but this is working for me. My size was right on the top end of the range so I ordered the next size up and they fit well. No really the compression of the sock but the bands that go under the arch give the support and these are adjustable via the velcro straps.

Material and quality are good, but one of the braces I got was missing the Velcro end on one strap. It looks like it's intentional (there's a different, square ending) but it's a lot less useful to only be able to put tension on one of the straps. Also, it's not what is shown in the video and photos.

I recently sprained my ankle . I needed support of healing and to be able to walk . This was perfect! I like the sock mesh that helps with swelling! A great value for a great ankle support! Easy to use and put on ! It is pretty comfortable and not very bulky .

Useful product for ankle pain management. , gives support to ankle while walking . APPLY PAIN RELIEF SPARY AND WEAR THIS, this is very effective.

Works ok but the Velcro is placed wrong on one of the straps. When I fasten them It's a little too tight but works. I bought another brand which came in pairs which made them cheaper if you want two. It worked better because of the Velcro placement whcih allowed more leeway in fastening them more comfortably.

This was not what I was expecting to receive, but turned out to be just what I needed. I have a bone spur in one of my heels that has caused horrible pain for a few months and makes it difficult to walk or even put weight on my foot. While I can’t wear this to work as I wouldn’t be able to wear my shoes over it, I do wear it all evening and while sleeping and my foot seems to be a bit better. It’s a sleeve that kind of adds compression and then you add the strap and wrap it around your ankle and it attaches to the front bottom with one side having a Velcro end. The Velcro is very strong and doesn’t come loose or snag onto anything. It provides just the right amount of support to hold my foot in position to where it’s less sore.
