I purchased this brace after an ankle injury while playing ball. This brace gave me excellent support while walking and running bases.

Had a posterior tibial tendon rupture. Chose a brace over surgery. This was perfect. Supported my ankle, was soft and fit into my shoes.Would buy again.

I needed something to support my high ankle sprain, so I bought this after my previous brace stretched out. That one was a sock-style brace that eventually started ripping from constant use. This new brace was a bit confusing at first due to the Velcro straps, but once I got the hang of it, my foot felt really secure. It also helped reduce swelling more quickly. I wasn’t entirely sure if I had the right size since the swelling made it difficult to put anything over my ankle, but overall, it worked well. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Fits snug enough to feel support around the ankle. Able to wear with tennis shoes. Comfortable. A bit tricky first putting it on. Loose laces first, tighten on e on foot. Seems quality crafted. Able to play pickle ball! Fair value. Follow sizing. Med. too big for size 8 womens. Small fits well, not too tight.

This is kind of like a corset for your ankle. The lace up central part reminds me of putting on skates -- you have to start at the bottom and work your way up. The side straps secure easily with Velcro and help give support so you don't flex the foot too much (which if you're having ankle issues is important). My podiatrist wanted me in a solid boot, but that wasn't going to happen and this is an excellent middle ground. It allows me to wear my shoes, drive, walk, etc., but the support is firm but not binding. Sometimes ankle supports can be constricting, but since you're in control of the support, it works great. It takes a couple of tries to get the hang of it at first (I watched the video to see how to put it on), but it blow the generic pharmacy ankle supports out of the water! I'm happy with the purchase -- a good price for a well designed product.

I’m confused by this product as it has no laces. I reread all of the description and looked at the pictures and they are supposed to have laces. The one I received has just Velcro straps. We will try this one on and see the support it gives.

The first night I wore it, I felt no pain in my sprained ankle. It was day 10 after I sprained my ankle, I had been wearing a boot. I was hoping for something with enough support but not as bulky as the boot and something I could drive with. This largely fit the bill.I find this incredibly challenging to put on and take off. The first time I had to completely remove the laces because it was way to tight to get my foot through. I figured that was a one time thing, I was almost wrong. I struggled to get it on the first time, about 20 minutes of being hunched over, hurting my back which has a long history of of pain. But I figured I was just learning and it'll get better, it didn't get much better. I wore it that night and loved the ease of movement and felt no pain. I wore it overnight, kept the foot secure, felt great the next morning. Then it was a struggle getting it off for a shower, I had to practically remove all the laces, then another struggle to put it back on. About 15 minutes each time. I wore it to work, loved the freedom of movement for the first few hours. But by noon, my ankle was hurting, so I put the boot back on. I mistakenly took it off for bed, kicking my myself for not remembering until the end of the 15 minutes taking it off that I intended to wear it overnight. I realized while taking it off, I seemed to have twisted it a bit when I put it on. That may have contributed to the pain. In the end, I don't want to trade ankle pain for back pain.I'm not putting it back on, I will try something else that looks easier.Your mileage may vary. It does seem to be effective. I just don't have the patience for it
