This is not a sprain protector but if you are looking for a very comfortable compression style brace that you can adjust the tension, these are a great option.

I have Charcot in both feet which causes my bones to collapse and makes them prone to fracture. I have one of the braces for each foot. They provide the support I need and are comfortable as well as easy to get on and off. I highly recommend

This ankle brace is the best one yet! I've purchased like maybe 8 already in the past year and they all have some flaws. This one here though is perfect! It fits well, doesn't stop circulation and also offers flexible support and comfortable to wear all day!I love it and feel pain relief and nice compression holding my ankle in place offering solid support! It's not bulky and feels good wearing it. I highly recommend.

The ankle wrap provides good support, easy and comfortable to wear. It compression the wrap provides helps relieve pain in your ankle and foot, and fits really good.

It’s an excellent product compared to another brand that my son bought for me. Fabric is tight enough to support my ankle from collapsing after long standing period, it is soft and breathable, well designed!

The description says you can wear it at night, but when you get the package the directions say you cannot wear it for long periods of rest because it has TOO much compression. This is true. I wore it at night and it was too much comrpression and my foot was hurting around the sides. I think the nerve was compressed or maybe blood circulation was cut off. I orderd the size according to the chart so I don't think that is what it was. I'm going to try to get a refund, since the description didn't match the directions on the box.

The brace is easy to slide on the ankle. It is soft, not so thick that you can wear a shoe with it not being a problem. The BEST thing about the brace is the strap . When you apply the strap, you can adjust to fit your comfort level. It is well worth the money and has helped with the pain that I have been having.
