Determining Your DisplayPort (DP) Version:
The version of DP on your laptop, computer, or tablet directly determines the actual resolution when connecting to external monitors using the Anker hub. There are three simple ways to find out which version of DP your device has.
1. Ask your device manufacturer or seller directly.
2. If you're using a Windows device, you can tell which version of DP you have by checking your CPU generation.
- DP version 1.2 if your CPU is Intel generation 10 or earlier.
- DP version 1.4 if your CPU is Intel generation 11 or later.
- DP version 1.4 if you're using a workstation laptop with an NVIDIA GPU.
Don't know how to find your CPU generation? Simply go to This PC (or My Computer) > Properties and look for the number (shown in bold and underlined below):

3. If you're using a MacBook, iMac, or iPad, you can find your DP version from the list below:

I'd tried a couple of different solutions to try get my Windows Laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad) to output to two monitors. They didn't work, but this did.No hassle, no issues, just worked. Looks and feels good quality. Couldn't ask for anything more, so 5 stars.

I ordered this the first time and my screen would turn on and off continuously as previous reviews had said. I figured given that it’s not super expensive I’d return it for another one to see if it was just the previous one that had issues or see if it happened all the time. The new one that was sent worked great at first no issues. Now that I’ve it about a month it’s started to do the same thing, not as often, but it’s still happening. Very disappointed in this product and now that I go return I’m told I can send it back but there’s a chance I won’t get my money—thanks Amazon. Update: The initial flicker glitch was much faster and I am not having an additional slower flicker on screen. Identical to the ones that everyone else is reporting.I did experience the flicker glitch on my BenQ monitor (Acer monitors had no issues), instantly resolved it by turning the refresh rate down (60Hz to 50Hz on the impacted monitor) additionally I was able to revert back to 60Hz without the flicker returning. Here is how for those less techy inclined (via Windows 11): Systems > Display > Advanced display > Choose a Refresh rate (switched it from 60Hz to 50Hz) > Apply. FYI I literally just got this 10min ago and will update this if my fix fails in the future.Plug and play feature worked as intended without any issue, adapter was recognized by GeForce RTX 4070. My system is a Lenovo Legion Pro laptop, running internal monitor + 3 external 27" 1080P monitors, at the following refresh rates 165Hz, 60Hz, 60Hz, 60Hz.

Gives me the ability to use two big monitors instead of using my laptop's screen ultimately giving me more desk space as can hide the laptop away. I have had zero issues with it, completely plug and play.

It worked well for my purpose. Have the two monitors hdmi go into that and then plug the usb c into my laptop and works like a charm.

It works as I expected. I connected that to my laptop and two external monitors.There is an excellent contact with service desk of the vendor. Initially i thought the device was broken but finally it was one of my displays. Now when it's got repaired all work perfectly. I have no issue with Anker adapter.It works very well with Lenovo Gen3 T14 but only well with Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 (one display working instead of 2). In this second case I guess, the laptop cannot split the screen into three displays - laptop and two monitors.

It works very well with my laptop, Lenovo yoga c920, I'm quite happy don't have spent two hundreds on docking station, lol ...I attached it on two external monitors, both responds ( samsung ls650) very well no issue with them at all,EDIT: after using it for 2 moths, I need to confess the issues like sudden dots, sudden flicks, and turn offs is aparent in my unit, sounds like the unit cannot handle two screesn at a time, it happens randomly, which is not a big deal, but beware of that

Muy pequeño u ligero, apenas se calienta. Lo recibí en dos dias.Lo uso con dos monitores HDMI a 4K+ PC a 2K de resolución en PC Windows modo extendido y funciona perfectamente, imagen estable y de calidad. Muy contento.Si hubiese un modelo con un puerto rj45 para red y un USB3.0 seria perfecto.
