This product comes with screw protector which is nice but some of them became unsuable since the the cord prong does not go in it. I force the prong in them and it droke something inside and no longer goes in all the way like is suppose to. I bought 36 of the for a duplex house but I will not buy again.

Unable to plug in anything. The plastic cover won't move, preventing any connection. We tried to plug different things and none were went into the holes. There is a plastic blocking access to these holes.

3 out the original 12 had issues with trying to plug cord in. Before you install check each receptacle both sockets make sure the your cords will plug in easy. So now I ordered replacement and leaving the good ones in and returning the bad one with the new replacements not replacing good ones. Not a fan of the tamper proof and weather resistant sockets.

I had to replace all of these outlet to Leviton brand. The design is defective. I could not plug the cord into the outlet. I tried to push really hard but it still could not plug it in.
