Replacement for malfunctioning GFI had everything needed including new face plate and screws. Fixed my problem and looks and work's great so far as advertised. Longevity only time will tell but hope it's as quality as it appears to be.

I have used this product for a couple of years as an electrician seems to hold up very well

In August of ‘21 I replaced an old worn out standard outlet in the kitchen (Plugs just fell out of the top receptacle. It also seemed to be a great opportunity to bring things up to code), a 30 year old GFCI in the bathroom (still working, but perhaps not) and the remaining standard outlet in the kitchen, but not near the sink (because I’m OCD and want the outlets to match!) Can’t see the one behind the fridge, so it doesn’t count.Purchased this 3 pack and used them all. All 3 worked as they should, no issues. Installation was a bit of a pain, because these are not “slim”, the outlet boxes are quite old, the wiring is heavy gauge solid copper and the connections are reversed. I just managed to push everything back in with a bit of coaxing; barely!Cut to 14 months later. Now.I unplugged my (multi “i” device) charger and heard a faint “thready” noise. Wasn’t sure what it was. Running water in the wall? No water pipes back there. Rattling stainless mixing bowls on top of the fridge? Nope! Then I realized that it was the GFCI. In fact, the noise started at exactly the moment that I unplugged the charger. The green light was still on and the outlets were still working, so I did some testing. Things kept changing, but still behaving oddly. In the end the outlets were working (never weren’t, except when tripped by testing), but the green light would go off whenever something was plugged in. The noise stopped fairly early on, so most likely a partial failure of the internal electronics. The outlet wasn’t working as it should, so I bought another 3 pack. I picked one randomly and swapped out the bad one. It’s working as it should, but the green light is brighter than the 2 older ones; hopefully not an “indicator” of failures to come. They are guaranteed for a year, so technically the failed outlet lasted 2 months longer than the manufacture expected it would. The other 2 older ones are fine, but I have the replacements for them if needed. If I do need to buy more of them sometime in the next few years I will spend more to get something that will last longer.I’m hopeful that I won’t have to. These outlets appear well made and look really good when installed. They also feel very solid when inserting and removing plugs. Except for this specific failure, they’re great, at least in my experience. Time will tell, ultimately!

Delivery was prompt. Value goodAfter instillation. At least three of these were bad. Purchased from big box store you could return. Amazon and multiple pack????? So value is not there. Waste of money

Seems well made. Easy to install. Successfully transmits electrons from the utility company through its internal circuitry to any two or three-prong plug that is inserted into the parallel slots provided. (A third slot, actually a round hole, is also provided for a grounding circuit, if needed.)
