Bit broke after a couple months of light use.Cutting 6mm deep slots in plywood and maple. Kept feed rate low and did not feel like I was forcing it.

I’m not sure where the “plunge” descriptor comes into play because there does not appear to be a cutting element that would remove material over the center of the shank. I tried plunging with it and it just burns the wood in the center of the cut into a button shape like other straight bits would.

This router bit made 3 two foot passes through MDF and snapped into 2 pieces. With shipping this little bit cost a lot of money and took a long time to reach me. Not happy.

This is so handy for making shelving with "3/4”” plywood. A perfect fit with nearly perfect edges every time.
