This works great for us, better than my old one from tar??t, it’s a little heavier than the other but I am a senior citizen, do everything is heavy. Overall it’s a nice one to use, bigger too.

This has become one of my favorite pans in the kitchen and I find myself reaching for it more than I expected when I decided to purchase it. The square shape lets this pan shine in the mornings (and early afternoons on the weekends if you're anything like me) as it lends itself to those breakfast and brunch foods. My partner loves French toast on Sundays and the pan has an ideal amount of surface area for four slices of Brioche with room to maneuver a spatula/turner. Eggs and breakfast sandwiches are quick and easy with this pan as it's quite thin and heats quickly. The Nonstick coating has held up well and, depending on what you're planning on making on it, doesn't require too much effort to clean. As I mainly use it for breakfast with a good amount of cooking spray/oil/butter, I'm usually able to get the pan clean with a quick wipe down and maybe a light scrub in the sink. The weight makes it feel premium, but it is not unwieldy by any means, and it's able to be hung by a hook or tucked away in a cabinet easily.Overall, my expectations have been exceeded by this pan and I find myself using much more than I would have guessed before receiving it. If you have the space and find yourself making breakfast/brunch foods often then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pan!

This griddle is awesome.Super heavy weight, very flat on a glass top stove, and it heats evenly. We used it for pancakes alot and it's just a great tool. Far better than a previous brand that we had which warped very easily. This is built to last.

This non-stick griddle is well-constructed and works great. We are careful not to use metal utensils with our griddle, instead using silicone or wooden utensils with this brand of cookware. We have the entire set.

This has been a great addition to my kitchen. I wanted something small enough to be used on one burner but big enough to cook a nice amount of food. This griddle is very well made, it is made of a steel with a non stick coating, the handle is made of stainless steel. The pan heats up very evenly and quickly and is big enough to cook about 5 or 6 bacon strips, 2 pancakes or eggs and sausage at the same time. Clean up is a breeze, with just a damp cloth or lightly scrubbing. I mean, nothing sticks. This thing is amazing.

The pan stays flat, disperses heat properly and is perfect for making pancakes. Just what I needed for a small family.

This pan/griddle is absolutely amazing. I’m wondering why I never had one before. I cooked bacon just recently and it cooked in 5 minutes. Pancakes slice right off. I’m so glad this is not tephlon. Heats evenly. Treat this pan well and it will last forever. Well worth spending the money for an Allclad.

This product is a disgrace to the All-Clad name. I should have believed the other negative reviews, but I was biased in favor of a trusted brand and mistakenly dismissed the experiences recounted by others. Do not make the same mistake I made.As an avid home cook I have heard many times that All-Clad is the best product money can buy. So I was willing to pay $50 for this square griddle frying pan, expecting it to be a superior product. There is really only one requirement for a pan like this. It should be flat. Sure, it should be durable, versatile, and possess an attractive design. But first and foremost it should be FLAT. This pan is not flat. The All-Clad logo is stamped into the exact middle of the backside of the pan. Right out of the box it was immediately apparent that the stamping process had warped the metal causing the cooking surface to bulge upward at the very center. But I thought it impossible for All-Clad to overlook such a deformity or to sell a product so clearly defective. So, to be certain, I filled the pan with water, at which point there was no mistaking it. The middle of the pan stuck out like a sore thumb. Water slid down the protruding middle and pooled on all sides.I find it impossible to believe that a company that manufactures top of the line cooking products didn’t think to check the flatness of a griddle that they were mass producing. This leads to only one possible conclusion. All-Clad was aware of the defect but chose to sell the pans anyway, hoping that most people would not notice. This is the kind of bait and switch that I expect from lots of companies. But All-Clad is supposed to be the best, a company worth trusting, who’s products last a lifetime when properly cared for.Perhaps something has changed at All-Clad. Maybe their management thinks it will be better for short term profits if they cash in on the company’s long standing good reputation and use it to sell overpriced garbage. I only know one thing for sure; my perception of the All-Clad brand has been irreparably warped, just like this crappy frying pan.
