This pan has been used twice and it has a horrid smell of burnt plastic. I thought maybe there was something left on it that made the smell bad but upon second use it just the pan itself that stinks up the house with fumes of burnt plastic it’s awful

It has been great so far pancakes. It's safe, non-stick, and durable. Let's see how it does after 6 months of constant use. Great value and handle is nice and sturdy and does not heat up.

Tenia dudas por el peso de la parrilla ya que es ligero, por lo que me dio la impresión inicial de no estar hecho con buenos materiales, pero nada que ver, llevo ya 2 meses de uso diario y esta como nueva, el antiadherente es bueno pero tampoco hace maravillas siempre a todo sarten o parrilla que uso le pongo unas gotas de aceite y lo distribuyo con una servilleta, y así no se me ha pegado nada, normalmente cocino a fuego medio o bajo por lo que no se me ha quemado nada, después de usarla y dejarla que se enfrié la remojo en agua con jabón y después de un par de horas la lavo normal, uso utensilios de plástico para no rayarla y hasta ahorita cero problema, a futuro la volvería a comprar.

Muy buen sarten, buen tamaño, es muy grande, justo lo que buscaba, se limpia facilmente aunque esta un poco pesado pero viene con 2 agarraderas. He cocinado muy bien con el.

I've updated my review to 5 star from my previous 2 due to the exceptional customer service I received. I submitted a claim through Farberware's online RMA portal (easily the the best RMA experience I've ever had) by uploading pictures of the damage and proof of purchase. Less than 2 weeks later I received my replacement pan! That is top notch customer service which I really appreciate these days. I can't think of another company I've purchased from that has made filing a RMA claim this easy and hassle free.As I stated in my original review I liked the pan with the exception of the issue I had with the non-stick surface. I hope this one performs better and will post back after cooking with it for a while. After this experience I will definitely be purchasing from this manufacturer in the future!Original Review:The durability on this skillet has proven to not be great. I purchased this at the beginning of April 2017 and the "non-stick" coating is showing signs of wear. The skillet has only been hand washed, never with an abrasive sponge, and has never been used with cooking spray (only vegetable oil & butter). To have gotten 7 months of use out of a skillet with a "lifetime warranty" is pretty disappointing.In the beginning it worked flawlessly and cooking proteins such as chicken or steak was no problem. It has now gotten to the point where cooking any type of animal protein causes the fond to "bond" to the surface of the skillet making clean up an affair involving soaking the skillet for a few hours.Overall initially I was happy and impressed with the build quality. The skillet has a nice weight to it and although the handle is screwed into the riveted mount there is still no play or rattle. The lid is also very nice and fits well creating a fairly tight seal. I like a skillet with higher sides so this one really fit the bill. If not for the poor longevity issues I likely would have given this a 5 star. I'm going to try to get it replaced under warranty (there is no way to "fix" the non stick coating on these pans which is sprayed onto a primer and then baked during the manufacturing process). We'll see if they actually stand by their product.

Great pan cooks up my ground hamburger a lot quicker than my regular pans.. Love that it has a glass lid.. I have washed this in the dishwasher a few times with no problems.. Great price and great product very happy I purchased it.
