I usually like to grill steaks and burgers, but this ribbed pan cooks both pretty awesomly, and the flat one doesn't warm and twist when it heats up like the last on I had

I bought these on sale during Amazon prime day. They’ve been helpful for quick and small meals. I would only pick these up if you are cooking for one to two people Max, unless you are fine doing batches. They work really well though and they’re easy to wash or just toss in the dishwasher. Very happy with the purchase. I only deducted one star because of the size, it’s a little small.

Heavy handle prevents the Grill Pan from laying flat causing unequal heat distribution. I make it level by placing a small metal flower pot under the handle. May return it if I find one that works better. The flat griddle pan works well and I wish to keep it. Both clean easily and nothing sticks.

I really like these two griddles. They work well and so far the finish is great for pancakes, grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, etc. The other grill is good for bacon.
