I bought this for my daughter under the guidance of an orthopedist. She had a different boot but it rubbed blisters and she hated it. This one is way more comfortable for her and doesn’t sweat her feet or rub blisters. That’s important since she’ll be in it for months.

The boot is very comfortable and does exactlly as described. However, I had to return it due to my own fault for ordering the wrong size.

So I bought my own. This one worked great, is very comfortable and loved it. I couldn’t walk without it, broke foot in two places and sprained my ankle. I wouldn’t have survived without the boot. I almost miss it lol

I broke bones in both my feet last month. After wearing my current boots 24/7 I realized there was a need to purchase another set of boots to swap off with my hospital provided boots for cleaning. The reviews were glowing, so I purchased. Enter USPS. They decided that the address on the box was incomplete, even though it wasn’t and they deliver to the address all the time (it is for a mailbox store). But instead of holding it for pickup, they immediately shipped it back. I called Amazon to see what they could do. After much time on the phone, most of it on hold, I was told that the box would be delivered the next day and that, for the trouble, they would refund the purchase price. Enter USPS. They attempted delivery the next day for sure. To a business. At 6 am. They deliver there every day. The delivery instructions on my account are specific about delivery days and times. And they attempted delivery at 6am. At least this time they held the box for pickup. Small consolation, since with two broken feet, someone else was burdened with the extra trip to retrieve them. Checking today, there was no refund on my card. Now to the boots. The description is deceptive. I purchased these, not only because of the reviews, but also because the liners were detachable. You put the liner on then put the foot in the boot. Genius! After struggling with the floppy foot flaps on my current boots, the thought that I could put them on separately was thrilling. And that is how it works, essentially, but it isn’t quite as easy as that. Instructions say put the liner on and strap it in place. Then put your foot in the boot. The reality is, the inside of the frame is lined with Velcro, so you are struggling who get your liner clad foot past the velcro into the frame. Then you have to release the straps and thread them through the uprights on the boot frame and refasten them. What a hassle! The size chart says 7-10 is medium, I wear 9, but my foot sticks out of the liner. They feel flimsy and do not at all feel adequate to protect my feet. They are at least two inches narrower than my current boots and the liner barely meets over the top of the foot. All in all, completely inadequate. Returning the boots.I don’t like giving bad reviews for shipping, but this time I’ll make an exception. I’d rate the boots a 3 since these would probably have been adequate when I broke my toe, but because of the hassle getting them, and Amazon’s broken promise, my rating drops to the lowest possible.
