Really excellent quality for the price. The air bag pump is a bit stiff when you first use it, but it softens and becomes easier over time. This boot saved me when I was suffering from injured tendons! I would definitely buy this again if required.

The Air pump design is great, resulted a perfect fit support around the injured area, not only improved the circulation, but also prevent injury again

So I broke my leg. I was disappointed I wouldn't get a cast... cause I wanted folks to sing it.However I was elated I would not need a surgery and just would have to wear a walking boot for a few months. So I could clean my leg and no itchiness ect...My insurance does not pay for orthotics and stuff like this and was expecting a huge cost... nope. Thankfully they are really reasonable.I have big feet, size 14. So needed a big boot. This one was priced in the middle. Decent reviews. So I got it.And it has been mostly great. It has protected foot and leg from exuberant dogs. It has been really good as a walking boot. The only reason for the 4 stars... the side supports... they are a sturdy plastic. No problem with them, but the velcro they use to keep the attached to the soft boot... it was poorly glued to the plastic and I had to glue them back on. Because the velcro came off and the soft voot slid down allowing the plastic to scratch the sides of my calf. Also, they give you 4 extra little spacers to help with the fit.they work well for about an hour then they are all flattened. Not a huge deal, but still an inconvenience. I had some foam so I cut a piece and it works fine.Would I buy this again. Definitely. Especially if you are on a budget. The cost was right. And the mi or stuff I had to ado to it. No biggie. The value for the money and comfort are just great.

Thought this was gonna reduce the pain from my achilles tendinitis but it doesn't. It literally just feels like walking on a shoe that rocks... honestly wish I could get a refund because it doesn't really do anything...

Ruptured a tendon in my foot. The ortho recommended buying a boot online instead of paying them 350$. Been down this road before but this boot is comfortable and works very well. Last time the boot from the doctor was very heavy and uncomfortable. It seemed cheaply made. This one seems much better quality and comfort. The air is a must for me. Really helps hold everything securely and keeps you from moving too much. After 3 1/2 weeks of use I have no quality or craftsmanship issues and feel the boot would work much longer than the 4-6 weeks I’m supposed to be in it.

I wear a size 10 10.5 mens shoe and my toes are almost to the very end of the medium boot.... not sure I would want a large though.I have worn 7+ boots over the last 4 years. This boot seems to be very well made. The rubber sole seems to be thick rubber not a thin sheet glued to the bottom of the boot. It has a twist lock to release the air which in my experience is way more durable. The liner seems to be well made, thick, and extremely comfortable. It came with 4 extra pads to add wherever you need more cushion. The straps are only velcroed onto one side of boot which is not as good as others that secured on both sides of the boot. It's a little annoying but hasn't been too much of an issue. The straps Just flop around a little when your not wearing the boot and do tend to come off. When wearing the boot the straps do stay in place and don't slip around******UPDATE******After just a few days wearing this boot the inner sleeve no longer held air. The pump does not pump any air. The main purpose of this was the support from the air. I am disappointed about this because the boot is very nice

I am a size 7.5 but have very thin feet and ankle . Product doesn't fit and I'd heavier than what I was given in hospital. Not accepting returns is ridiculous

I sprain my ankle/foot really bad (grade 2/3) during a basketball game. My ankle inverted and there was massive swelling on my foot.Needless to say I could not bear weight on the foot for a few days and even after that I needed something to give me support while I walked but also protect the foot and ankle. The doc said I was clear of any breaks and suggested I get a walker boot and to use it for a few weeks or until I was pain free, swelling free and confident.I bought this boot because of the price and the great reviews. Even with insurance I would have had to pay more for a boot from the doc than I could have here on Amazon.I was amazed at the quality of this boot. For 48$ I spent on it, I did not expect it to be as good as those 200$+ boots, but it really seems to be. It is comfortable, reasonably light and fit very nicely. I have been using it for only a little over a week now, but it seems to be holding up very well. I must admit though, I am not walking around very much, even though the pain and swelling in my foot has decreased majorly I am trying to stay off of my foot as much as possible for at least a few weeks. I use it to just do my daily chores arounds the house and go to school/work (where I sit most of the time). The size seems right for me. There is a chat and I went by that to choose my size. I am typically a size 11 mens but sometimes a 10.5 depending on the shoe maker. I chose the large since it was 10.5+. My toes barely leave the covering on the top of the boot, but it feels fine. I would rather have my toes snuggly under the covering than sticking out!The pump mechanism that fills with air makes it really easy to adjust the compression and to contour the boot to your leg/foot. I have really skinny legs so this pump lets me fit the boot on snuggly. THe air does seem to slowly release as you go about your business, but it is really not big issue to pump it up every 30-60 mins or so.There are some spots on the boot that sort of irritate your leg or foot, depending on your foot/leg shapes. Luckily the boot comes with 2 medium sized cushion pads you can put wherever irritation or discomfort is. SO with these, the boot is very comfortable.Lastly, the boot's sole and outer part seems quite rugged. I am very confident walking outside with it. The boot is really two parts. It is the soft inflatable (and washable) foot and leg covering and the hard outer shell that provides stability and protection.I am so happy with the purchase. My only regret is not waiting a couple days because the price dropped about 5 bucks since I ordered!:PHIGHLY RECOMMEND,Side note: It is extremely important to visit your doctor before using things like this after an injury. Realistically, a LOW TOP boot is not really the best solution for an ankle sprain or tear. High foot injuries really should use a high boot (the ones that go up to your knee). This boot is really better for mid to low foot injuries. But for mild to non major sprains, I cant see how this would not be light years better than an air cast or ace bandage......Ask your doc!!!
