This is perfect for the metal work in tight spaces. Recently I used it to prepare a couple areas for welding on the under side of the gram of a 1955 GMC pick up and the small size and speed made it essential in getting the area prepped and laying down some welds.It has more than enough power to tackle most at home projects with ease and I haven had any issue with it yet. It is fast and quick used all day long on projects in the repair shop. I wish it had a longer handle to fit bigger hands but other then that works really good.
