I was looking for a smallish die grinder for light tasks around the shop. I rarely use air tools, but every now and then they have their purpose. I was a little surprised at how small this was, but out of the box it seems to work. Not super powerful, but more so than say a cordless dremel.

I got this for use in my shop as a light duty grinder for removing burrs from cut metal. This grinder comes with an assortment of grinding heads, one of which has already broken apart after a couple of uses. The grinder itself is metal construction and does not appear to be particularly well made, especially compared to the higher end grinders I own. The included oil bottle is an unnecessary piece of plastic junk that could have been left out. I was not expecting a high end tool so I was not disappointed. It works for what I need it for.

This is a handy little grinder being small enough to fit in tight areas. It comes with a number of accessories including a quick connect fitting, five grindstones, two collets and the usual stamped steel wrenches for installation. It also incudes a small empty oil bottle that makes it easy to oil before each use. This is the most important thing you can do to prolong the life of any air tool so it’s a nice touch. That said, once you cut the tip of the applicator there is no cap to seal it.Following the instructions, I set my compressor regulator to 90psi, added 2-3 drops of oil in the air input and installed one of the stones. The grinder runs smoothly but I did experience an issue of concern. Upon releasing the trigger, the grinder did not stop as expected. It would run at a slow speed for a couple of seconds before stopping. I thought the rubber cover was interfering with the trigger return action but after positioning it to ensure it didn’t contact the trigger, I determined this was not the cause. The most likely culprit is the trigger return spring. It appears to lack the strength to fully close off the air flow. While this doesn’t directly affect its performance, I consider it a safety issue that needs to be addressed.

La smerigliatrice viene spedita in una scatola di cartone, insieme a 2 chiavi per serrare il mandrino, 2 mandrini di diametro differente, 5 testine di smeriglio di varie forme, una boccetta per l’olio (vuota) e un piccolo manuale.La smerigliatrice si collega all’aria compressa mediante un innesto rapido da 1/4 di pollice, ha il corpo di lega d’alluminio che la rende leggera e un rivestimento in gomma morbida antiscivolo. Per l’azionamento ha un grilletto di sicurezza che impedisce l’azionamento accidentale; agendo sul grilletto è possibile variare la velocità di rotazione fino a raggiungere i 25000 giri/min.Prima di provarla, bisogna togliere il tappo in gomma dalla parte posteriore e avvitare l’attacco per l’innesto rapido. Appena collegato, c’era una perdita di aria dalla filettatura per cui è stato necessario inserire del nostro di teflon.In definitiva l’utensile è ben fatto, leggero e maneggevole, non troppo rumoroso; lo scarico dell’aria è sulla parte posteriore in modo da non investire l’operatore. Per quanto costa è ben fatta.

I was looking forward to using this for knife handles.I go the grinder all setup, added lube and connected the hose.I got maybe 2.5 seconds of actual spinning and now it only hisses at me.I'll also add that the included tools are pretty unrefined and could use a die grinder to smooth out the edges.🤔I wouldn't recommend.

This little grinder is super loud compared to my other ones. It doesn't seem to be turning more rpm, it's just louder. The included grinding wheels are very poor quality and quickly burn down without much force. The tool has a super sensitive trigger. You'll just barely touch it and it's off to the races. It's fine for light duty work as long as you get use to the trigger sensitivity. I put a swivel connector to keep my air house more out of my way as I use this. It's not terrible, works fine for light duty stuff. Be sure to pick up some other tips though.

The bits are clearly low quality and do not last or perform well. The tool is just okay. Lot of vibration and doesn’t really feel like high quality.
