I tried to use this in a mag drill on a railroad rail web, it became dull after barely scratching the surface. I switched to a different (much more expensive) annular cutter, which worked fine.I have my doubts that this is really made from high speed steel. It's like the difference between a drill bit from a home improvement store, and a bit from an industrial supply. You get what you pay for.I'm sending this back for a refund.

I need to bore a hole in the side of a 2" pipe and this worked perfectly in my Bridgeport mill.

I've been buying all my annual cutter bits from these guys. They're the fastest shippers and the bits cost less than anyone else I've bought from. I drill through plate steel on cell towers all day and their bits have far beyond surpassed my expectations. Thank you guys!
