Attention
- During the drilling process, the pilot pin will retract into the cutter allowing lubrication to reduce heat gain in the slug.
- Insert the ejector pin inside the annular cutter,never use an annular cutter without an ejector pin.
- Using lubricant or coolant with any type of annular cutter is a must. A correct lubrication and coolant delivery more life for annular cutters. HSS annular cutters required Cutting oil, not coolant.

Oh, annular cutters. How did I ever live without you?Actually, the answer is simple enough. Silver-Deming drill bits and boring heads. Both work, but an annular cutter in the right size seems so much easier for many applications. This particular one cuts very well and makes a clean hole of the specified diameter. I wish I had had it a month ago for different project, but I am glad of having it now.
