Received this bit today and it was incorrectly sharpened and would not cut whatsoever and it's not eligible for return. Choose your annular cutters wisely and stay away from ACTOOL!

cutt 1/4" depth in to mild steel and that was the end of it

Needed to retro fit larger pins of a backhoe thumb. Should do the job.
