This switch fixed my backup lights not working. Only took 1 star off because it didn't include the sealing washer (which was just a thin plastic washer). I reused it, fingers crossed. Would be 5 stars if it included the seal.

Works perfect on the 6 speed dodge trucks with NV5600 and at a fraction of the cost of the dodge/Mopar branded ones. Easy to install and fixed my backup light problem.

The reviews said this part will work on the dodge NV4500 and they were right! The part is identical to the one I removed. My back up lights work again! Why pay $60+ for the other ones when you can buy this for $15 instead.

Have a 2and gen dodge with a NV4500? This is an exact replacement at a fraction of the price of mopar. Shame on mopar.
