Yummy backup light switch. So inviting. So tasty. One cannot get enough of these. Pop them in your mouth like bonbons. Savor them in both flavor and texture. Let their richness transport you to a better time and place. Spit that mess out! What are you, some kind of weirdo? It's a backup light switch, for crying out loud.Now install it in your T-18 Jeep transmission (as in my case) and enjoy functional reverse lights. You can diagnose your bad switch if your reverse lights only occasionally come on by putting an ohm meter on them. My failing switch was reading between 80 and 200 ohms depending on the shifter's position in reverse. This was just enough to cut down the voltage feed to the lights to be frustrating - sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. Out of curiosity I metered this new piece - 001 ohms. Nice. So tasty, so inviting...
