The first unit that I received was not working (arrived with a dead battery). I contacted Accusplit customer service and the answer was more or less:” you’re on your own, go and buy a battery”. Very disappointed when you receive a product that does not work. Fortunately, Amazon came to the rescue and replaced it.The unit itself is great. Large display, easy to see. Easy to manipulate. It fits well in your hand, buttons are soft and easy. Great unit for the price. Fantastic value.
