So I purchased this product, first one did not work he worked tirelessly to get me a new one as quickly as possible. Woke Wangs technical support and customer service are beyind exceptional! I would give 10 stars if I could to this gentleman who worked tirelessly to get my printer up and running to perfection. Would definitely recommend and would purchase more units from him!
