It took two people over an hour to get this put up correctly. It just didn't want to stay in the track

Beware of buying "universal" garage door seals. It cost me a set of seals that will not work If you have a CLOPAY door, these are the only bottom seal replacements that will work .That being said they are great!! A few hints if you have never done this. Number one, after you have removed all of the screws that hold the aluminum seal track onto the door, look at either end and find the two screws that go through the seal to hold it in place.Hint 2- clean the tracks with a small wire brush after removing the old rubber seals. Hint number three is spray the cleaned seal track with a bit of lubricant (I used WD40) before installing the new seals. Last hint- have a very small screwdriver or small punch handy when reinstalling the aluminum track and seal. It is handy to line up the first screw with the pre-existing holes in the bottom of the door

Good quality. Like other reviews mentioned I sprayed the track with WD-40. This is a little bit of a challenge to get started since you have to pinch the two ends together. Once I got it started down the track it went in pretty easily. We’ll see how it holds up with a Michigan winter approaching.

Although more expensive than the Clopay brand at Home Depot, seemingly better quality. A little wider (giving a better seal), feels thicker and uses a better rubber compound. Probably worth the purchase if looking for better life.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We found it easiest to take the rail with the single track in it off of the garage door and install the rubber guard on the ground. We used the recommended WD40 and it helped. Our problem was that the person who owned the house previously put rubber cement in the slot to hold the old one in. Took a long time to clean that slot out in order to slide the new one in. It is not a single person job. Takes a pusher and a puller to get this job done. Had it not been for the glue in the track, we would have had it installed within 30 minutes start to finish. I would purchase this again.
